Programme Overview

About B. Pharma

The Bachelor of Pharmacy is a 4-year undergraduate degree programme including internship, designed to provide an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical sciences including drug discovery, formulation, analysis and patient care. It is one of the most sought-after healthcare programmes with a wide scope across India and internationally.

B. Pharma is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India with college code PCI-8891 and affiliated to Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Admission is through direct and JEEP entrance exam based process.

B. Pharma is ideal for individuals who have a keen interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and the application of scientific principles in drug development and patient care. Graduates can enter the workforce directly or pursue higher education in M. Pharma and Ph.D.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10 plus 2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics from any recognised board.
Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination. Relaxation as per government norms for reserved categories.
English subject compulsory at 10 plus 2 level.
Candidates from State Open School recognised by State Government and NIOS recognised by Central Government are also eligible.
Minimum age 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
Admission process: Direct and JEEP entrance exam based. Admission once per year.
