02 Information we collect
We only collect information that is necessary to respond to admission enquiries and to provide our educational services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

- To comply with applicable laws, regulations and lawful requests from public authorities; and
- To maintain records as required by the College, its affiliating universities and regulatory bodies.
04 Legal basis and your consent
When you submit an enquiry form or lead form, you provide your consent for the College to contact you and to process your information for the purposes described in this Policy. By submitting a form, you also confirm that the contact details you provide belong to you and that you wish to be contacted regarding admissions. Where required by law, we process your data on the basis of your consent or for other lawful purposes permitted under the DPDP Act.

06 Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure and improve our advertising. This includes tools provided by Google (such as Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag) and Meta (the Meta Pixel). These tools may set cookies and collect usage data as described in their own privacy policies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features of the site may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
07 Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
